A-Levels
IT-Administrator
As an IT administrator, I took care of the internal company network. In addition to installing, maintaining and monitoring a file server, I designed and implemented a suitable backup solution. I also managed the hardware used (router, telephone and staff hardware).
Hosting-Manager
As a Hosting Manager at OpusX GmbH, I was responsible for the administration of the customer servers in addition to managing the support team. This included designing and maintaining the in-house infrastructure as well as performing technical administration for clients.
Customer Care representative
As a customer care representative at F1rst GmbH, I deal with customers' concerns about their websites, apps and web applications in writing and by telephone.
Hosting-Manager
As Hosting Manager, I am responsible for customer acquisition and infrastructure administration at nexserv GmbH. As an infrastructure admin, I configure the software used and implement new hardware for the hosting customers.
Technology Admin & Support
As Technology Administrator, I take care of the administration of all WordPress client sites, the implementation of automation systems for easier administration as well as the protection concept. In my job as Support Admin, I take customer requests and assign customer jobs to the team.
